Today is an EARLY RELEASE day. So we will be following a modified “Anchor” C-Day schedule. That means TA ends at 7:59, and then you’ll be attending periods 1 through 7. Be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a modified “Anchor” C-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Attention 8th graders! Yesterday’s Writing SOL didn’t quite go as planned. But all the technical issues have been fixed, so here’s the plan moving forward. The make-up SOL is now scheduled for TOMORROW at 8am. So be sure to charge your iPad, get a good night’s sleep, and eat a healthy breakfast — so you’re ready to do your best on the test. See your TA teacher with any questions.

And now for an update on the March Madness Tournament of Books — Graphic Novel Edition! Voting is now underway for the Elite-8. To participate, just go to the WMS Library Canvas Course and cast your vote for your favorite entries. The March Madness Tournament of Books — may the best book win!

Did you participate in an after school club this year? Then this next announcement is for you! The WMS Yearbook will be taking club pictures next week during TA in the Main Lobby. Here’s the schedule so far: on Monday, it’s Model UN and Inked. And on Tuesday, it’s WolfBots, TSA, and Talking Sports. We’ll update you on the remaining clubs as soon as they’re scheduled. See your club sponsor with any questions — and say CHEESE!!

If you are having any problems with your school-issued iPad — whether it’s password problems, not connecting to the internet, glitching apps, cracked screens, battery life, or ANYTHING else — please submit the online “Student Tech. Help Request” form through the WMS website. Ms. Solomon’s got the solution! So submit today — and get yourself back online.
