2/16/17

  • It’s Day FOUR of Random Acts of Kindness week, and today we’re talking about the importance of friendship. According to a recent study, children who perform Random Acts of Kindness feel more accepted by their classmates and have more friends than kids who don’t.  It’s just common sense:  When you are kind to others, more people want to be around you.  So do something nice for someone TODAY — and you just might make a new friend!
  • And now for some WOLF PACK PRIDE!!  The WMS Girls Basketball Team had a big WIN over Kenmore on Tuesday — 34 to 16.  The game was close early, but the Wolves played tough and pulled away in the end.  And a special shout-out goes to the WMS band — for playing the National Anthem before the game.  Way to go, wolves!! [clap]
    .
WOLF PACK PRIDE continues TODAY with a pair of games against Gunston.  The Boys Wrestling team has a match-up on the road, while the girls Basketball team will host the rival Hornets in the WMS gym.  Plus, the WMS chorus will be performing the National Anthem — you don’t want to miss it! So let’s pack the stands and cheer our teams to victory.  Be a Part of the Pride!
