  • We begin today with WOLF PACK PRIDE!  The boys Wrestling Team is squaring-off against Gunston Middle School TODAY in the WMS gym at 3:15.  It’s the last regular season match of the year, and they’re looking to end on a high-note and score a big win.  So pack the stands, root them on to victory, and Be a Part of the Pride!!

  • And now for a Technology Tip from Ms. Solomon!  All student iPads MUST be upgraded to the latest iOS as soon as possible — that’s the OPERATING SYSTEM, everybody.  You need this new version in order to use your iPad for SOL testing in the spring.  See Ms. Solomon with any questions, or ask one of your computer-savvy friends for help.  Once again, upgrade your iOS — ASAP!!

  • Sister Circle will be meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 233. Members and allies are encouraged to come out for a little Girl Talk — and a lot of fun activities! There will be a special guest speaker this week —  so don’t be late. See Ms. Cameron with any questions.

  • On your marks, get set, GO!!  Are you ready to help the WMS Track and Field Team defend their County Championship this year? Interested athletes are invited to an informational meeting next TUESDAY during ASP 1 in the gym.  You’ll get to meet the coaches, ask questions, and learn everything you know to know about the upcoming Track and Field season — which begins on March 12th.  Just sign-up using the QR code outside of the cafeteria, or see Coach Treble with any questions.

  • It’s never too soon to start planning for your future! The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is sponsoring “College Camp” on March 3rd at GW University.   • The National Museum of African American History and Culture opened to RAVE REVIEWS last year — and now YOU can see it for yourself!  WMS is organizing a field trip to the African American Museum on March 9th.  It’s open to all students — but space is limited, so it’s first-come, first-served.  Just get a permission slip from Ms. Cameron, then return it to the main office by next TUESDAY.  Don’t miss out of this amazing opportunity!!
