- Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - Attention all Divers and Swimmers! If you’d like to compete in the upcoming season, your physical must be submitted by TODAY. Also, please be aware that there is a NEW VERSION of the online google form that EVERYONE must complete by February 22nd. Once again, even if you’ve turned-in a previous version of the Google Form, there is a NEW one with new questions that everyone must submit. It’s located on the swim page of the WMS website. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
. - Calling all students who played on the WMS BOYS SOCCER TEAM this fall! The Yearbook needs to take a TEAM PICTURE for this year’s book. All former-players are asked to go to the Main Gym on TUESDAY at 8am for the photo shoot. Coach Treble will be there, too! Once again, all WMS BOYS SOCCER PLAYERS — your Yearbook picture is on TUESDAY in the gym. See Mr. Schonfeld with any questions.
. - And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE! There are a lot of AMAZING students here at WMS. And you deserve to be recognized! Teachers from every grade and every team have identified a distinguished group of students to receive this month’s Wolves With Character Award — for demonstrating outstanding “TOLERANCE” in their daily lives.
. - Just take a look at the screen to see all the deserving honorees from the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Our school counselors will be visiting you at lunch today with a SWEET TREAT! Congratulations, wolves with character!! [clap].
. - Wolf Pack Pride continues with the WMS wrestling team, who got a HUGE win on the home mat against Kenmore yesterday — 57 to 30! Big props to wrestlers to Jackman F., Owen H. and Clara A. for earning their first victories of the season. The team is now 2 and 1 — heading into their next match against Gunston next week. Way to go, wrestling wolves!! [clap]
. - And even more PRIDE for the WMS girls basketball team for defeating Kenmore on the road — 29 to 12. Offensive players Rea and Abby were high scorers with 10 points each — and Fiona, Rebecca, Gigi and Olivia were lock-down on defense! The Wolves travel to Swanson next Tuesday, looking to keep this win streak going. Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]
