Attention all 6th graders on the Exploratory Wheel! Starting today, you will be rotating to your new elective class. Your TA teacher can tell you where to go, and staff members will be stationed throughout the halls this afternoon to help you find your way. But please do your best to be ON TIME. Once again, 6th graders begin their new Wheel classes TODAY.

Calling all actors, singers, dancers, backstage, and technical crew! The interest meeting for our Spring Musical — “Descendants, Junior” — has been POSTPONED until further notice. Ms. Mac and Ms. McTavish are trying to reschedule it for later this week or early next week. We’ll bring you any updates as soon as we can. Once again, the interest meeting for “Descendants, Junior” has been postponed.

Did you miss School Picture Day in October? Or did your picture not turn out so well? Then you’re in luck! Because “Picture Make-Up Day” is scheduled for this FRIDAY in the Auxiliary Gym for all students and staff. Students retaking their portrait will not receive a new ID card unless there was a mistake on the original. And if you’ve already purchased a photo package, you must return the original before getting a retake. See Dr. Koval with any questions. And say cheese!

Calling all athletes! If you plan on participating in wrestling or Boys Basketball this winter, you MUST submit your sports physical by FRIDAY, December 20th. Please place all forms in the yellow mailbox outside of the Activities Office. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Stokes-Beverley and Ms. Hwang! If there’s anything wrong with your iPad — including password problems, keyboard issues, cracked screen, broken apps, WiFi, or anything else — please tell your TA teacher so they can notify technology support. They’ll have you back online in no time!!

And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch. Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus! See Ms. Lavin in the office with any questions.
