  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • Spirit Week -- 2019We’ve got spirit, yes we do, we’ve got spirit, how about YOU!!!  It’s SPIRIT WEEK at WMS! Thanks to all the students and staff who showed their WOLF PACK PRIDE by wearing their favorite jammies to school for PJ Day.
    .
And here’s the rundown for the rest of the week: Tuesday is TWIN DAY — so dress like your doppleganger; Wednesday is WINTER WHITE OUT DAY — so dress in white from head-toe; Thursday is BOOK or MOVIE CHARACTER DAY — paying tribute to our favorite fictional characters; and finally, Friday is our favorite holiday tradition: UGLY SWEATER DAY — the tackier the better. Get into the school spirit on Spirit Week, wolves — and BE A PART OF THE PRIDE!!
    .
  • Wolf Pack Pride continues with WOLFBOTS Robotics — who hosted the NOVA VEX IQ league tournament here at Williamsburg on Saturday.  Congrats to the team of Max M., Eli V, and Gabriel B. for placing with the HIGHEST score from our school  Way to go, robot wolves!! [clap]
    .
  • The Geo Club will NOT be meeting today — but will resume “exploring the world” following the winter break.  Once again, the Geo Club meeting has been CANCELLED for today.  See Mr. Miller with any questions.
    .
  • Tis the Season for Giving Back to Your Community! Tomorrow is your LAST CHANCE to contribute to the WMS Holiday Food Drive — to benefit the Arlington Food Assistance Center. Students and staff are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items — which will all go to deserving families in our community. Collection boxes are located outside of the library, cafeteria, gym and auditorium. See Ms. Scott with any questions. Together, we can make a difference!
    .
  • And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch. Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus! See Ms. Wielechoski in the office with any questions.
