Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

Attention all TAs!! Smile for the camera! Over the next two weeks, the WMS Yearbook Staff will be taking TA pictures of the entire school! Here’s the schedule: 6th grade TAs go first, TODAY and TOMORROW — 7th grade TAs will be next Monday and Tuesday — and 8th grade TAs will be next Thursday and Friday. Make-ups and retakes will be scheduled for after Winter Break. Contact Mr. Schonfeld with any questions — and say CHEESE!!

The WMS Sewing Club will NOT be meeting after school today. The next meeting is now scheduled for next Thursday, December 8th. Once again, today’s Sewing Club has been CANCELLED. See Ms. Wall with any questions.

Candy Grams cost just 1-dollar, and will be on sale before school by the cafeteria from TOMORROW until next Friday — and they’ll be delivered to the person-of-your-choice on December 14th. 2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate? Cheerleaders!! Winter CHEER is almost HERE! Students interested in cheering for the winter basketball season are encouraged to attend tryouts — starting next Monday after school. And make sure you have your physical turned-in! See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

Get ready for a book bonanza!! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to WMS — all next week in the WMS Library. Every English class is already signed up to to participate, but students can also visit before TA, during lunch, and after school on most days. The Book Fair will also be open for special evening hours next Tuesday and Wednesday to coincide with our upcoming Winter Concerts. See our school librarians for more information. Hooray for books!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Girls Basketball team defeated Dorothy Hamm on Tuesday — 27 to 22. Caroline M. was the top scorer, and Mila and Rebecca were great on defense. Thursday the team goes on the road to take on Thomas Jefferson.
