- Today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - Who wants hot chocolate??? Every FRIDAY from now until March 18th, the WMS Best Buddies Club will be hosting its annual Hot Chocolate Fundraiser outside of the cafeteria during TA. It’s just 1-dollar per cup — and all of the money goes to support our fantastic Best Buddies program. However, due to OVERWHELMING demand, every TA will be assigned a specific week to get hot chocolate. Just check with your TA teacher to find out when it’s your turn. We’re starting today with 8th grade TAs Tan, McDermott, Thomas, and Allred. Enjoy the hot chocolate, buddy!
. - And speaking of Best Buddies — Show someone you care this holiday season and place your order for a Candy Cane Candy Gram — benefiting the WMS Best Buddies Club. Candy Grams are just 1-dollar — and you can get the order form from your TA teacher. Just be sure to purchase your Candy Gram by December 10th — and they’ll be delivered to the person-of-your-choice on December 15th. See Ms. Nance with any questions. Happy Holidays!!
. - And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Girls Soccer team scored a SHUTOUT win over TJ on the road yesterday — 2 to 0. The Wolves dominated from the opening kick, playing hard in midfield and refusing to budge on defense. Big props to 8th grader Abby F. and 7th grader Lola C. who scored the goals. Way to go, soccer wolves!! [clap]
. - WOLF PACK PRIDE continues with the Boys Basketball team who also traveled to TJ yesterday and played a game for the ages — winning in TRIPLE OVERTIME, 46 to 42. Players Sam, Alex R., James, and Matt were relentless on offense; Sammy and Jack played tough ‘D’ — and 6th grader Lukas debuted with 3-HUGE points in the 4th quarter. Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]

And finally— The WMS Library’s SUPERHERO COUNTDOWN has made it to the Final-4!! It’s anybody’s game — but which superhero will reign supreme in 2021?

To participate, just go to the WMS Library Canvas course and cast your vote for your favorite comic book crusader! Just 1-vote per person. And we’ll announce the final matchup next week. May the best superhero win!!
