  • Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • Calling all Future Business Leaders of America! There will be a meeting TODAY in room 136 during ASP 1.  And if you don’t know what FBLA is, this is your chance to join one of the most IMPACTFUL clubs at Williamsburg — and to have a lot of great fun at the same time! See Ms. Briones with any questions or for more information.

  • Who wants hot chocolate???  Every FRIDAY from now until March 18th, the WMS Best Buddies Club will be hosting its annual Hot Chocolate Fundraiser outside of the cafeteria during TA.  It’s just 1-dollar per cup — and all of the money goes to support our fantastic Best Buddies program.  However, due to OVERWHELMING demand, every TA will be assigned a specific week to get hot chocolate.  Just check with your TA teacher to find out when it’s your turn. We’re starting with 4-TAs from the 8th grade, then we’ll work our way down to the 6th grade. Thanks, buddy!

  • ’Tis the season… for great MOVIES!!  Everyone is invited to a screening of the classic holiday film:  “Elf” starring Will Farrell — on Tuesday, December 14th after school in the Auditorium.  Tickets to the show are just 25-cents and refreshments will also be sold — so be sure to bring a few extra bucks.  All proceeds will go to support the WMS Sister Circle Club. Don’t be a cotton-headed ninny muggins — Come to “Elf” on December 14th!
    .
  • And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the LATE bus. If you’re ever planning to take the LATE BUS after school — you MUST have a signed bus pass for both ASP1 and 2.  If you do not have a pass — you will NOT be allowed to ride the late bus.  Again — the pass must be SIGNED for both ASP1 and 2 in order to ride the Late Bus.  See your grade-level administrator with any questions.
    .
  • And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!  The WMS Boys Basketball team travelled to Dorothy Hamm on Tuesday — and lost a really tough match: 25 to 32.  Justin W. and Matt L. kept it close with some excellent 3-point shots — but Hamm pulled away in the end.  Good game, baller wolves — you’ll get them next time!  [clap]
    .
  • Wolf Pack Pride continues with the WMS Girls Soccer team. They also played on-the-road against Hamm — and they also fell just short:  2 to 4.  Despite the loss, 8th grader Callie C. shined bright — scoring a pair of goals and giving the Hamm defense all they could handle.  Way to play, soccer wolves!! [clap]
