Read any good books lately? The “Talk about Books” Club” — a.k.a. TAB — will be meeting TODAY during all grade level lunches in the library. So grab your grub and come take a look at these Totally Awesome Books!!

Calling all MUNners in the 7th and 8th grades! There will be an important meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 202 — where you’ll be planning for the upcoming WOLFMUN Conference, which is hosted right here at WMS. And then, this THURSDAY, there will be a normal MUN meeting, open to all members in all grades. See Mrs. Carlson with any questions.

The WMS Kindness Club will be meeting TODAY during ASP 1 in room 201. Participants will be planning “community activities” for December. All are welcome — new and old — because there’s plenty of “kindness” to go around! See Ms. Schaefer, Ms. Zeller or Mr. Johnson with any questions.

Calling all math lovers! Math Counts will meet TODAY and every TUESDAY during ASP 1 in room WW 1. All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are invited to do math problems, play math games, and perform many other math activities. It’s all math — all the time at Math Counts!! See Mr. Mencarini for more information.

And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon! That new iOS update is still glitching out — and APS is still working on a solution. In the meantime, some students are continuing to experience problems with their iPads. But don’t worry, kids — your teachers are aware of the technical problems. We will keep you updated on the progress of the forthcoming iPad patch. See Ms. Solomon with any questions.

Who wants Pizza? The Model UN Club will be hosting a Pizza — and cookie — fundraiser this FRIDAY after school, located in the Main Lobby and by the cafeteria. It’s just 2-dollars a plate, and all money raised will go to support the upcoming WOLFMUN conference and other MUNner activities. Come hungry!
