- Attention all students! As you know, Thanksgiving Break begins on WEDNESDAY — but many people with traveling plans may like to get an early start. If you KNOW that you’ll be out of school tomorrow, be sure to check with your teachers AHEAD OF TIME for any upcoming assignments or homework. You’ll be THANKFUL that you did. Gobble Gobble!!

- And now for a “technology tip” from Ms. Solomon! As you prepare to head-off for your Thanksgiving Break, there are TWO things you need to do with your iPad. First, remember to CHARGE your iPad between now and next Sunday — you don’t want to return to school with a dead device! And second, make sure you WRITE DOWN your iPad security passcode — or even better, share it with your parents! If you forget it — or put in the wrong code too many times — your iPad may need to be WIPED. So again, do us all a favor — and WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSCODE!!

- Calling all Williamsburg students and staff! Did you do anything EXCITING over the summer? And more importantly, did you get any good PICTURES? The WMS Yearbook will be introducing a new section this year featuring summer vacation photos. If you’ve got a good one, please email it to Ms. Kontos as soon as possible — or stop by her room for more information. Thanks for the memories!! .

- And now for a “Transportation Tip” about riding the bus. If you’re ever planning to take a bus that’s not your own — like if you’re going to a friend’s house after school — you MUST bring a note from home to the main office NO LATER than your grade level lunch. Again, do NOT wait until the end of the day to get a bus pass — because there isn’t time and you’ll miss the bus! See Ms. Argenal in the office with any questions.
