We’re starting things off today with a pair of special guests here at the WOLF-TV studio — who have a BIG announcement for all of our theater-lovers out there.

Please welcome Ms. Maconaughey, and Ms. McTavish!!

MAC: Good morning, Wolf Pack!! I’m Ms. Maconaughey, the theater teacher!
.
McT: And I’m Ms. McTavish, the choir teacher! And we’re here today with some EXCITING news. We’re ready to announce the selection of this year’s WMS Spring Musical!
.
MAC: This show has singing, dancing, drama, comedy, and stars some of Disney’s most “colorful” kids. The WMS Theater Department is proud to present….
.
BOTH: Descendents, Junior!!!!
.
MAC: If you would like to be a part of the production, we will be hosting an informational meeting on Monday, December 2nd during ASP 1 in the Auditorium.
.
McT: We need actors, singers, dancers, designers, artists, stage hands, and technical crew. All students from all grades are welcome – whether you’re a seasoned performer or just want to try something new.
.
MAC: So once again, the interest meeting for “Descendents, Junior” is Monday, December 2nd during ASP 1 in the Auditorium.
.
McT: We hope to see you there, performance wolves!!!

Calling all members of the Girls Ultimate Team!! The WMS Yearbook will be taking your team photo TODAY in room 128 following the Morning Announcements. Once again, the Girls Ultimate team should go to room 128 TODAY immediately following the Morning Announcements for your team photo. See Ms. McFerran with any questions.

Are you interested wrestling this winter? Then get a head-start on the competition by joining the wrestling coach for some conditioning drills — from now through next Wednesday during ASP 1 in the auxiliary gym. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

Calling all nature lovers!! Do you like spending time in the WMS courtyard? Would you like to help make it a healthy habitat for turtles, toads, and birds? Then come to the Courtyard Keepers — every Monday during ASP 1 in room 111. YOU can make a difference. See Ms. Zarro with any questions.

And finally, November is Native American Heritage Month. It’s a time to celebrate the people and rich cultures that existed on this continent long before European settlers arrived.

Did you know that the federal government currently recognizes nearly 600 different indigenous tribes that live within the United States??? And each one has its own story to tell. Stay tuned for this next video about Native American Heritage Month.
