Calling all sports fans! Today after school, the WMS boys soccer and girls basketball teams are both playing their first home games of the year against Gunston Middle School. Students and staff are invited to come out, pack the stands, and root our teams to victory! Plus, there will be a CASH ONLY concession stand outside the gym during the games. First — WASH YOUR HANDS!! Second — Fully cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. And third — if you’re not feeling well, please STAY HOME. Together, we can stop these germs and viruses BEFORE they spread. See our school nurse with any questions.

The Annual Fall PE Gear Sale is open for business! From now until November 19th, WMS families may purchase hoodies, long-sleeved t-shirts, joggers, or leggings through the online store — accessible through the WMS website. It’s a great way to show your Wolf Pack Pride — AND to stay warm on these cold fall days. See your PE teacher with any questions about ordering.

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS Boys soccer team defeated TJ on Tuesday: 3 to zero. It was a close match in the first half, but the Wolves put it away with two big goals late in the game.

Big props to 8th grader Declan C., who made some amazing stops in goal to preserve the shutout. And to 7th grader Landon B., and 8th graders Alex L. and Caden C. — who accounted for the scoring. Way to go, soccer Wolves!! [clap]
