Since there are only FOUR school days this week, today we will be following the B-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 2, 4, 5, and 6 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is a B-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.

2 – 4 – 6 – 8 — who do we appreciate??? CHEERLEADERS!!! Tryouts for the WMS Cheer squad are scheduled for Thursday, Monday and Tuesday after school in the gym. Interested girls AND boys must complete the Google Form located in the Activities section of the WMS website by the end of TA on Thursday to participate. And don’t forget that you must have a physical on file. See Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

Attention TENNIS TEAM!! All tennis players are asked to please complete ANOTHER Google Form on the WMS website. Sorry for the inconvenience, but there was a “glitch” on the original version you filled out last week. So, once again, all WMS tennis players MUST fill-out another Google Form — and it MUST completed before this Thursday’s match against Gunston! Contact Ms. Hogwood with any questions.

Brush your hair, wash your face, and smile for the camera — because “School Picture Day” is coming! Portraits will be taken during PE classes on Monday, October 18th for ‘A’ Day and 5th period students; and Tuesday, October 19th for ‘B’ Day students. Remember, to place your purchase orders in advance! Be sure to get a Picture Day Order Form from your TA teacher — and say CHEESE!!

Put your creative genius to the test! The annual PTA Reflections Contest is now accepting submissions from all grade-level students. This year’s theme is: “I will change the world by…” Projects can include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, or Visual Arts. Submission forms can be found in the WMS Library, and projects must be received by October 26th. Unleash your inner artist and submit to the PTA Reflections Contest today!!

Voting is underway for the Halloween Sweet-16!! Which candy do YOU think is the best of the best? To participate, just go to your Library Canvas Course and follow the instructions. We’ll have the results of the 1st round on Friday. May the best candy win!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! A great team win for the tennis team over Kenmore yesterday — 5 to 0. Victories came from Nolan and Leah W in singles, Rea R. and Katherine T. in girls doubles, Chase W. and Jonah T. In boys doubles, and Stewart J. and Brooke I. in mixed doubles. Way to go, tennis wolves!!! [clap]
