And to bring you the news, please welcome to the WOLF-TV studio our very own principal:  Mr. Boykin!!
    .
  • Good morning, Wolf Pack!  It’s your principal, Mr. Boykin.  I’m so pleased to be here today with a very special announcement.
    .
This month, we’ve been celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month – and the many contributions that Hispanic Americans have made to our economy, culture, and society.
    .
Our theme is Unidos:  Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation.  Over the past few weeks, TAs throughout the school have been decorating their classroom doors to bring this theme to life!  My administrative team and I have been so impressed with the creativity, thoughtfulness, and respect that you’ve all demonstrated on this project.  You have my heart-felt appreciation.
    .
But today, it’s my honor to recognize a few TA doors that truly resonated with meaning.  We’ve picked the top-three winners from each grade.
    .
Starting with the 6th grade, congratulations to:  in 3rd place, Ms. Winter’s TA!  In 2nd place, Ms. Hodkin’s TA!  And in 1st place, Ms. McFarren’s TA!!
    .
Moving to the 7th grade, congratulations to:  in 3rd place, Ms. Young’s TA!  In 2nd place, Ms. Willet’s TA! And in 1st place, Ms. Martin’s TA!!
    .
And finally, with the 8th grade, congratulations to: in 3rd place, Mr. Dudek’s TA! In 2nd place, Ms. Woodbury’s TA!  And in 1st place, Ms. Davidson’s TA!!
    .
Hispanic Heritage Month 2022, TA Door winners!!We’ll be treating ALL of our 1st place winning TAs to a special breakfast, this FRIDAY in the cafeteria at 7:50am.  Thanks to everyone for participating, and congratulations again to our winners.
    .
And one more thing before I go:  This Friday, as we wrap up Hispanic Heritage Month, we’ll be serving up a SPECIAL TREAT to ALL of our students and staff at lunch in the cafeteria.  I hope you like it!  And thanks for being a part of the WOLF PACK PRIDE!!!
    .
  • Thanks, Mr. Boykin!  Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. And don’t forget, all students should go back to your TA for Wolf Time.  Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
    .
  • Attention Tennis and Girls Soccer players!! Both teams will be traveling to Thomas Jefferson for an away game TODAY right after school. Players should meet at door number-14 by 2:35 for the ride over.  Again, tennis and girls soccer are traveling to TJ after school.  See your coach or Ms. Hogwood with any questions.
