Hey Wolves, what’s that buzz? It’s the the sound of the annual WMS Geography Bee!! Classroom competitions will be getting underway soon, which will determine the contestants in our SCHOOL-WIDE competition later this year. See your Social Studies teacher for more information or with any questions. And good luck to all of our geography experts out there!

Calling all Act 2 Art students! There will be NO CLASS after school today. Instead, please stop by NEXT WEEK to collect all of your artwork from this semester. Again, Act 2 Art is CANCELLED for today.

The end of the 2nd quarter is THIS WEEK. And you know what that means — it’s almost time for the Wolf Paw Drawing!! Students are reminded to put your Wolf Paws in your grade-level box located outside of the cafeteria by this Wednesday — and the winning names will be announced on Friday. If you’d like a sneak-peak at the prizes, go check-out the display case by the library. There’s some great stuff in there — so stop dawdling and turn in your Paws!

Calling all students in all grades! For the first time in WMS history, we’re having a school-wide HOMECOMING DANCE this year!! It’s the “Winter Yeti-Land Dance”, scheduled for Friday, February 10th from 6 to 8pm in the gym. There will be music, dancing, pictures, prizes, and lots of good snacks.

Tickets are absolutely FREE — but you need to register to attend. Just go to the WMS website and complete the online form by Monday, February 6th. Don’t delay, get your ticket to the Yeti-Land Dance TODAY!!

And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The award-winning Model UN Club was at it again last weekend at a conference co-hosted by Dorothy Hamm and WMS.

There was no shortage of shout-outs to our team of delegates: Maya U-T was co-Secretary General for the conference, AND served as Chair of a committee; Harrison W., Alex M., and Paris K. each got Honorable Mention Awards; and Emily R. and Maddie M. were recognized as Outstanding Delegates!

Model UN will be back at it in just 2-weeks at the National Cathedral School Conference in Washington, D.C. Way to go, Munner Wolves!!
