The CRAAP test to evaluate websites was developed by librarians at California State University, Chico and has been adapted by WMS librarians for instructional use in the middle school setting.
“CRAAP” is shorthand to help us remember that information should be current, relevant, accurate, have identifiable authorship, and an identifiable purpose.
