- Today we will be following the A-Day schedule. That means you’ll be attending periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 — so be sure to double-check that you’ve got the correct books and binders for class. Again, this is an A-Day. See your TA teacher with any questions.
. - And now for some important information about Wolf Time! Last Friday was the last day of your 2nd Wolf Time Rotation. But your next rotation doesn’t begin until next week. So everyone is reminded to go back to your TA for Wolf Time. Once again, please go to your TA for WOLF TIME this week.
. - The 2nd semester may be just starting — but it’s already time to think about NEXT year’s classes! TA teachers will be distributing Course Request Forms this morning. Please take them home and discuss your options with your family. The deadline to submit your CRF is Friday, February 23rd. And remember — these decisions MATTER! If you don’t pick your classes, someone ELSE will pick them for you. See your class counselor with any questions.
. - Attention 6th, 7th, and 8th graders! All PE students should bring your iPads to class this week for 3rd quarter physical fitness testing. Once again, bring your iPads to PE this week.
. - Everybody in the pool! The WMS Swim and Dive teams are getting ready for their new seasons. To participate, interested swimmers and divers should complete the Google Form in Canvas, or scan the QR code outside of Ms. Hogwood’s office. The swim form is due by February 9th, and the dive form is due by February 16th.
. - And now it’s time for WOLF PACK PRIDE!! The WMS girls’ basketball team took on Kenmore at home last Thursday and dominated from the opening whistle — storming out to a 22 to nothing lead in the first quarter, then cruising to a 53 to 19 victory.
.
Big props to our leading scorers — Tia with 12 points and Carolyn with 16 — and to the entire defense for never giving an inch. The next home game is TOMORROW against Gunston, as our team looks to stay undefeated on the year. Way to go, baller wolves!! [clap]
